Background

To attract more care customers and new franchisees online, SureCare opted for a multi-site setup that would unite different aspects of the business under a more consistent design style. Using their existing logo and brand colours, we developed an online style that is consistent across multiple websites, with slight variations for each arm the business: Head Office website, recruitment portal, specialist franchising information, and local branch micro-sites.

Following the website launch, we continued to work with SureCare to offer support for a range of design and marketing needs. With a monthly support package in place, we assist SureCare with various requests for print design and online copywriting and content management.

Designs for print

SureCare recently asked us to produce designs for a suite of printed materials that could be distributed to customers via their franchise operators up and down the country. This suite includes brochures, leaflets, flyers and posters focusing on individual services like personal home care, childcare and live-in care.

The range of printed literature came about by combining elements of their brand identity, exceptional photography and our own copywriting services. This resulted in various designs of different sizes and purposes all packaged up as digital files, making it simple for SureCare to pass them on to specialist printers to create the physical products.

With a wide range of designs on file, we have also been able to quickly adapt some of the smaller postcard and flyer designs for use as advertisements in local magazines and news outlets. Through our contacts in SureCare’s Head Office team, we’re often asked to produce small ads and half-page ads, customised with a specific local branch’s contact details for their individual franchisees.

In addition, the franchising arm of SureCare’s business requires regular marketing to reach entrepreneurs and onboard new franchisees. For this, we also offer assistance with email marketing each month, by writing fresh content and building HTML email templates in their unique brand style using various assets.
